JJ Global Exims follows a transparent refund policy in accordance with agreed business terms.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if explicitly agreed upon in the contract or invoice

  • Any claim must be raised within the agreed time frame

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already rendered

  • Completed or dispatched orders

  • Delays caused due to customs, logistics partners, or force majeure events

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
